Hot Wheels: Victory Lab

The Hot Wheels brand mostly appeals to boys under 8 years old. While Hot Wheels offers collectable products for adults, they are struggling to find a way to expand their target consumer base to children older than 8 years old. This is increasingly difficult with competition from sports and video games.

In a team of six, I worked on a 5-month consulting project with Hot Wheels to find a solution.
